In the early 60’s our father, Mr. Booker, was a truck driving, CB radio using kind of guy. Having the right handle in those days was like having the perfect Instagram name, his handle was Booker 351 which was well known and very respected. He dedicated more than 30 years of his life to truck driving, taking care of his family and creating the best blends of hot spices and sweet flavors to create his signature sauce, Booker351. It was intended to be used on grilled chicken and ribs; we use it on seafood, turkey, burgers, baked chicken, fries, veggies and more.  
Booker351 is low in sodium, certified gluten-free, and it’s still tasty.
